Based out of Erie, CO and led by the design/construction duo of Alison and Andy Swanigan. With a combined 25+ years experience across construction, remodeling, interior design, fine art, business management and customer service Andy and Alison help homeowners craft a design for their space that is not only functional but also beautiful and within their budget.

Andy Swanigan- Owner, General Contractor- Construction Project Manager

Andy brings his experience in ground-up home construction, residential remodeling and business management to Ginger Hawk as the head of the construction side of the house. As the main point of contact throughout the remodel process for our clients Andy keeps the jobs on schedule, the homeowners informed all along the way and the craftsmanship top quality. The quality of Andy's work and the customer experience working with him is the reason why Ginger Hawk operates almost completely off of referrals from our clients. Andy consistently goes above and beyond for our clients and never cuts corners. He has a passion for this business and is motivated every day by the satisfaction of our clients when the job is done.

Alison Swanigan- Owner, ICC Licensed General Contractor- Business Manager/Design Lead

With a strong background in fine art, design, finance, business and construction company management, Alison runs the day to day operations of the business and all the interior design work with clients. With a strong eye for design combined with a formal education in fine art Alison helps homeowners conceptualize their designs and turn them into reality. Not one to be stuck behind a desk all day- Alison also gets out into the field from time to time as well putting her artistic expertise to use for our clients- building beautiful custom lighting, furniture and one of kind pieces for their home. Alison is a licensed general contractor by the most stringent International Code Council- allowing Ginger Hawk to work with homeowners across any municipality with the assurance that the work will be permitted and adhere to the most safe and up to date building codes.
